What is SAA Aftercare Program?
SAA Aftercare Program (2026-2027) will be offered as an after-school program for families who need care until 5:45 PM. The program will be a time for older students to do homework and study and will provide care and consistency for the younger group. Snacks will be provided just as they have been in the past. We are requiring that families register their students by Monday, August 10 to help us plan the space and staff needed for the program. The first day of SAA Aftercare Program will be Thursday, August 13.
What does SAA Aftercare Program look like for my preschool and kindergarten student(s)?
SAA Aftercare Program will mirror the school day for children in preschool with consistent, high-quality care. In groups of 12, students will enjoy individual activities, have a snack, play outdoors, and have story time.
What does SAA Aftercare Program look like for my students(s) in grade 1-8?
While maintaining social distance, students in groups of 12 will have time to work on homework, have a snack, play outdoors, and participate in individual activities.
What is the cost of the St. Agatha’s Aftercare Program?
For the Aftercare Program to maintain guidelines and committed daily attendance, we are offering student(s) two schedule options.

- A Non-Refundable registration fee of $40.00 per child ($60.00 maximum per household) will be billed in FACTS to secure space for your student(s).
- Fees are based on enrollment, not attendance. Charges will be incurred accordingly to the predetermined number of days your student(s) is committed to attend. No adjustments will be made for absences due to illness, snow days, or vacations.
How do I sign up for SAA Aftercare Program?
Download and print the registration form from the link at the top of this page. We are requiring families register their students(s) by Monday, August 10. This year, we have limited availability. We will be offering registration on a first come first serve basis until all spots are filled. We do not allow drop ins, as we have to maintain staffing ratios for our daycare license.
Am I able to pick up my child early form SAA Aftercare Program?
You may pick up your child early (before but no later than 5:45 P.M.) Please inform anyone picking up your child that a picture ID will be checked. No exceptions will be made. Staff has the right to ask for proper identification and to refuse to release the child if a person is not listed as an approved pick-up on the SAA student release form.
The following rates for late pick-up will apply:
- 1-5 minutes: $10.00
- 6-10 minutes: $15.00
- 11-15 minutes: $20.00
- 15+ minutes: $1/minute and attempt to reach emergency contacts after 15 minutes without contact from parents/guardian. At 7:00 P.M., if no one is available from the emergency list and a parent has made no contact, the local police will be called for the safety of you and your child.

What if the school closes for NTI?
If St. Agatha Academy is shut down for more than five consecutive days, refunds will be issued and prorated based on the number of days out as reimbursement or credit toward future use.
Does the school offer a payment option?
Yes, you will be able to pay the $40/$60 registration fee and make monthly, biannual or annual payments through the e-cashier FACTS system. See the registration form for more information.
