Founded in 1919 by the Sisters of Divine Providence, St. Agatha Academy is the oldest private school in Winchester, KY. Over the years, St. Agatha Academy has been a boarding school, grade school and high school. We currently serve students from preschool & kindergarten Montessori through eighth grade. Across many decades and roles, the Academy has continued to prosper, holding true to its founding mission of providing spiritual and academic training to nurture the whole child. Anyone with an interest and passion for quality education will find a supportive, welcoming community committed to inspired classical learning.
