New Family Registration

  1. Visit the Sycamore Schools registration page
    https://sycamore.school/family/admissions/register?school_id=3375
  2. Under “I need a new account,” click the Register link
  3. Enter your name and email address. Click Submit.
  4. An email from Sycamore will be delivered to you. You will follow a link in the email to continue the registration process.
    • Click on the blue Complete Registration button in that email to create a Sycamore account.
    • The link will expire in 48 hours. Once your Sycamore account has been created Log in to Sycamore and enter your user name and password.
    • If you forget your user name and password, contact Mrs. Gilbert in the office at 859.744.6484. She can retrieve your username and reset your password.
  5. After arriving at the registration form you will be prompted to create an account for your family. Click Save to continue.
  6. Begin entering entering student information on the Admission screen by clicking Add New Student.
  7. An Add New Student form will appear. Enter your student’s name and the grade they will be entering. Click Save to proceed.
  8. Complete each section of the application.
    • There will be 14-15 sections to agree to
    • Repeat this process for multiple students
  9. Save and Submit when you are finished
  10. Deliver your $150 registration payment to the office.
    • The registration fee is capped at $300 for two or more students.
    • Make checks payable to St. Agatha Academy.
  11. Create a FACTS account to make tuition payments. Payment schedule options are:
    • One-time payment
    • Twice per year
    • Monthly
