Instructions for Re-enrollment
- Log in to the Sycamore Schools portal
https://sycamore.school/login?schoolId=3375 - Log in to Sycamore and enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name and password, contact Mrs. Gilbert in the office at 859.744.6484. She can provide your user name and reset your password.

- Click on the blue blocks under the icon of the school on the left-hand side of the screen.

- Select Admissions

- Student names who have previously enrolled will be listed at the bottom of the screen. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the student’s name.

- Click Start Application. An Enroll Student form should appear

- Name and grade level should be present. Click Save.

- You should be taken to the application, which will open with a welcome letter.

- There are 14-15 items to read and complete. Make necessary updates and do not skip sections.
- Make sure to complete each agreement in this section. Click the agreement name. A pop-up window will appear, detailing the agreement. Select “I Agree” and click Yes to agree.

- Save and Submit when you are finished
- Deliver your $150 registration payment to the office.
- The registration fee is capped at $300 for two or more students.
- Make checks payable to St. Agatha Academy.
- Registration deadline is Friday, February 6, 2026. Registration fees must be turned into the office by February 6th.
- After February 6th, registration fee for returning students is $250 for each child, with a family cap of $500 per family.
